SERVICE AGREEMENT

Xsens makes sure our installed meters work as intended through warranty and service agreements. The service agreement can include for example
- Phone support
- E-mail support
- Remote access to the meter through internet connection (read data, upgrade software, change configurations, etc).
- Local support through our agent network
- Xsens engineers can come on site to access the meter if needed.
All our meters have warranty as specified in your agreement. Xsens is committed to our installed meters and will ensure service for the lifetime of the product (which is 25 years).
